Now Accepting 2025 Vendor Applications!

We are pleased to announce...

The 2025 FIBArk Whitewater Festival Vendor Application is now live! 

FIBArk “First In Boating on the Arkansas” Whitewater Festival is the longest-standing whitewater festival in the United States –  going on to our 77th year! You can expect a weekend full of incredible whitewater events, land events, athleticism, music, community, and more – all on the Arkansas River, located in downtown Salida, Colorado. 

 

For our Vendor Applications, we welcome Non-profits, Food & Merchandise Vendors, and Businesses looking to connect with their audience.


Please note that all completed applications are due to FIBArk by Friday, March 7th.


Our vendors will be chosen based on how the product fits in with the general theme of the festival and whether or not it competes with a current onsite vendor. 

 

We strive for a unique and diverse exhibitor experience for our guests. 

OUTLINE OF KEY DATES

  • Friday, March 7th: Completed Applications due to FIBArk, emailed to Erica at EAAStrong@gmail.com

  • Monday, March 31st: Approved Vendors will be announced 

  • Friday, May 2nd:  Payments Due (Booth and Electrical) 

    •  FIBArk will run payments on the card provided in application 

  • Friday, May 2nd:  Certificate of Insurance, Environmental Health, CO License 

  • Friday, May 2nd:  No refunds provided after this date

As a 501(c)3 educational and charitable organization, FIBArk Community Paddling Center depends on public assistance to offset the yearly costs associated with our classes, events and programs. With your support, FIBArk Community Paddling Center offers our community education and supporting program services.
